Vallejo Community Access Television (VCAT)

Overview

Vallejo Community Access Television (VCAT) is a community media service organization that provides access to facilities, equipment and training to enable any member of the community to produce programming content. VCAT is a non-profit organization in partnership with the Vallejo City Unified School District, the City of Vallejo, and Solano Community College.

As a member of VCAT, you can learn to produce your own programs in the studio or out in the community. VCAT membership is open to all those who live or work in Vallejo, and organizations that serve Vallejo, such as clubs, groups, non-profit organizations, businesses, government institutions, schools, colleges, and universities. VCAT also offers a non-residential membership category as well, for those in nearby communities who wish to support local free speech programming.

VCAT can be seen locally on Comcast channel 27 in Vallejo and on AT&T UVerse’s government channel 99, Vallejo - 27. You may also tune into VCAT by visiting our live stream on our website. For more information about opportunities available at VCAT, please visit our website.
